On June 22, 2025, Dr. Naveen Krishnan provided wildlife protection awareness
programs to the public. In this event, he caught a cobra that had entered a
house and handed it over to the forest department. He also provided awareness
to the public on topics such as: Why snakes should not be killed? What is
wildlife protection? How do wild animals help the environment? How snakes play
an important role in the food chain? And how snakes are very useful in
agriculture for rodent control.
