81st Programme:
On March 6, 2012, Dr. Naveen Krishnan, in
collaboration with Thuraiyur Government Girls Higher Secondary School, conducted
a Wildlife Conservation Awareness Program for students. The event was
inaugurated and presided over by Headmistress Ms. Shanthi. Dr. Naveen Krishnan
provided awareness programs to the students on what wildlife is, the difference
between exotic and native species, why wildlife should be protected, and how to
protect wildlife.
