Foundation rescued a snake and conducted a public
awareness program about snake bites and first aid treatment. Dr.Naveen
Krishnan the President of GNF from
Tholayanatham Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, caught a snake that had
entered a house. He then conducted an awareness session for the public about
snake bite first aid, the importance of snakes to farmers, and their role in
agriculture. The snake was later safely released in its natural habitat. The
program successfully helped people overcome their superstitious beliefs about
snakes.
