Today,
29.08.2023, the Global Nature
Foundation in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Wildlife Crime
Control Bureau conducted a rescue operation of illegally kept parrots from a
house in Madurai. As part of the repopulation project, 80 rescued parrots were
brought to the Global Nature Foundation Training Centre at Naveen Garden. Dr.Naveen
Krishnan the President of GNF, received the
rescued parrots from the Forest Department to initiate their rehabilitation
program.
