On 29.08.2023, Dr. Naveen Krishnan in collaboration with Tamil Nadu
Wildlife Crime Control Bureau conducted a rescue operation of illegally kept
parrots from a house in Madurai. As part of the repopulation project, 80
rescued parrots were brought to Dr. Naveen Krishnan Training Centre at Naveen
Garden. Dr.NaveenKrishnan received the
rescued parrots from the Forest Department to initiate their
rehabilitation program.
