659th Programme:
On 10.04.2023, Dr.Naveen Krishnan and the Forest Department of Theni
District jointly organized a one-day awareness program about wildlife
conservation for the forest officials and staff members. In this program, Mr.
Gopi, the outreach coordinator of Dr. Naveen Krishnan, gave awareness to the
forest department officials. Dr.Naveen Krishnan had built a trap cage to catch
the bear. Gopi gave training to the forest officials on how to catch the bear
with this cage and how to safely release it back into the wild.
