61st Programme:
On December 20, 2011, Dr. Naveen Krishnan, in
collaboration with the Thuraiyur Fire Station, conducted a Reptile Awareness
Program in Pulivalam. Mr. Chinnasamy, Thuraiyur Station Fire Officer, presided
over the event. Dr. Naveen Krishnan rescued a cobra that had fallen into a well
inside a house in Pulivalam. Through this rescue, he provided awareness to the
public about snake bite first aid and general
information about snakes.
