59th Programme:
On December 17, 2011, Dr. Naveen Krishnan, in
collaboration with the Thathangiyapettai Electricity Board, celebrated
Electricity Conservation Week. Mr. E. Karuppaiya, District Engineer, presided
over the event. Dr. Naveen Krishnan delivered awareness programs to the public
and government employees on how to save electricity, the global warming caused
by excessive electricity consumption, and what each individual can do to
reduce global warming.
