583rd Programme:
On September 7, 2022, Dr. Naveen Krishnan, in
collaboration with Panchayat Union Middle School, Govindapuram, Thuraiyur,
provided waste management awareness programs for students and the public. Ms.
Joselin Suguna, the school headmistress, presided over the event and delivered
a special address. Dr. Naveen Krishnan conducted awareness programs for
students and the public, explaining what solid waste and liquid waste are, what
biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste are, how to segregate them, what
waste management is, and the benefits and drawbacks of proper
waste segregation.
