520th Programme
On July 31, 2021,
Dr. Naveen Krishnan and the Thuraiyur Forest Department jointly conducted a
Wildlife Conservation Awareness Program for the public. Mr. Ponnusamy,
Thuraiyur Range Officer, inaugurated the event and delivered a special address.
Dr. Naveen Krishnan provided awareness sessions to the public in
Kalingamooliyanpatti village on why wildlife should be protected, how to report
wild animals entering the village, and how protecting the environment can
improve livelihoods.
