516th Programme
On May 28, 2021,
Dr. Naveen Krishnan and Indira Gandhi College for Women, Trichy, jointly
provided a one-day training on environmental education for female students. Dr.
Kani, the Vice Principal, inaugurated the event and delivered a special
address. Dr. Naveen Krishnan explained to the students what environmental
education is, why it`s included in the curriculum, how to understand it, and
the role of students in protecting the environment, raising
awareness among them.
