495th Programme:
On October 15, 2020, Dr. Naveen Krishnan
conducted wildlife conservation awareness programs for the people of Thuraiyur.
Dr. Naveen Krishnan rescued a good snake that had entered a house in the
residential area of Thuraiyur and handed it over to the forest department.
Furthermore, after catching this snake, he provided detailed awareness to the
public on why snakes should not be killed, why snakes are farmers` friends, how
snakes participate in natural food chains, and what first aid should be given
if bitten by a snake.
