On June 17, 2020, Dr. Naveen Krishnan, along
with volunteer students, distributed global warming awareness notices
throughout Thuraiyur. Mr. Balachandran, Station Fire Officer at Thuraiyur Fire
Station, inaugurated the event. Dr. Naveen Krishnan distributed global warming
awareness pamphlets in public places like the fire station, market, and bus
stand, explaining what global warming is, how to prevent it, and raising
awareness about a "third world war" scenario.
