421st Programme:
On February 24, 2020, Dr. Naveen Krishnan and SRC College for Women, Tiruchirappalli, held a discussion program to provide nature-based training to students. Dr. Kala, Vice Principal, and Dr. Maheshwari, HOD of the Zoology Department, inaugurated and delivered special addresses at this event. Dr. Naveen Krishnan explained why a Nature Green Student Club should be established, why it should be included in the syllabus, how direct field training should be provided to students, and how students would understand the environment better through this. At the end of the program, these policies were accepted and incorporated into the curriculum.
