295th Programme:
On October 8, 2018, Dr. Naveen Krishnan and the
Biotechnology Department of Vivekananda College for Women, Tiruchengode,
jointly celebrated World Wildlife Week with students. Dr. Prabhakaran, HOD of
the Biotechnology Department, inaugurated the event and delivered the
presidential address. Dr. Naveen Krishnan conducted awareness programs for the students
on why World Wildlife Week should be celebrated, the connection between
wildlife and humans, what individuals should do to protect wildlife, and the
importance of wildlife in the environment.
