181st Programme:
On October 4, 2015, Dr. Naveen Krishnan and the
Thuraiyur Forest Department jointly celebrated Wildlife Week and conducted
awareness programs for the public. Assistant Conservator of Forests, Mr.
Murugan, participated and delivered a special address. Dr. Naveen Krishnan
provided awareness to the public and students on why Wildlife Week should be
celebrated, the role of individuals in protecting wildlife, and the importance
of wildlife conservation.
