173rd Programme:
On September 13, 2015, Dr. Naveen Krishnan, in
collaboration with the Thuraiyur Lions Club, celebrated a tree planting
festival. Mr. Saravanan, President of the Thuraiyur Lions Club, presided over
the event. Dr. Naveen Krishnan inaugurated the festival of planting 10,000
saplings in public places and roadsides of Thuraiyur and conducted awareness
programs. Through this initiative, 10,000 saplings are being planted and grown
throughout Thuraiyur.
