158th Programme:
On May 31, 2015, Dr. Naveen Krishnan provided
direct field training on sparrow conservation to the students of Thuraiyur
Science Club and Thuraiyur Students Science Club. Dr. Naveen Krishnan took the
students to the Ramachandran Mission campus in Thuraiyur, where he showed them
sparrows directly and explained their lifestyle, how they collect food, and how
they build nests. He also provided hands-on training on how to make nest boxes
for sparrow conservation.
