156th Programme:
On May 10, 2015, a World Migratory Bird Day
awareness campaign was conducted by the Forest Department at Top Slip,
Parambikulam Tiger Reserve. Dr. Naveen Krishnan participated in this event,
delivering awareness programs to the public and students on the importance of
migratory birds, why birds should be protected, and how forests depend on
birds. He emphasized that birds protect the environment, so we
must protect them.
