109th Programme:
On March 21, 2014, Dr. Naveen Krishnan and the
Thuraiyur Forest Department jointly celebrated Forest Day. Mr. Ravikrishnan,
Forest Ranger, inaugurated the event. Dr. Naveen Krishnan distributed pamphlets
about forests to school students. Additionally, tree saplings were planted, and
an awareness rally was conducted throughout Thuraiyur town by school students
to raise public awareness.
