101st Programme:
On November 21, 2013, a Tree plantation training for farmers was held in Perambalur, organized by the Tamil Nadu Forest Department, Perambalur Division. Dr. Naveen Krishnan participated in this event and provided clear and informative awareness sessions to the farmers about the benefits of tree planting for the country, how growing trees can protect the environment, and the direct and indirect advantages and disadvantages of trees.
