49th Programme:
On December 4, 2011, Dr. Naveen Krishnan
inaugurated a Plastic Awareness Campaign. MLA Indira Gandhi spearheaded the
inauguration of this event. During the program, awareness banners about plastic
were displayed, and a signature campaign was conducted among the public to
petition the Collector for the eradication of plastic. Over 20,000 signatures
were collected and submitted to the Collector.
